Kim Kardashian has married Kris Humphries.

Kim Kardashian has married Kris Humphries in a ceremony held in Montecito, California, attended by 440 guests.

The reality TV star tied the knot with the basketball player in a ceremony in Montecito, California, yesterday evening (20.08.11), witnessed by 440 family and friends.

Kim, 30, wore an ivory Vera Wang gown and was given away by her stepfather, Bruce Jenner. She walked down the aisle carrying a bouquet of white roses with her hair up and her veil off her face.

The wedding ceremony reportedly lasted half an hour and saw Kim and Kris dressed in an Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with a white jacket and tie exchange wedding rings made by Lorraine Schwartz, the same designer behind Kim's engagement ring.
During the traditional Christian service, officiated by pastor Joel Johnson, tributes were paid to Kris' late grandmother and grandfather, as well as to Kim's late father, lawyer Robert Kardashian.

Kim told the crowd: "I so wish my dad could be here today to walk me down the aisle. But I know in a way he is here, and I feel his loving presence all around me. I love and miss you, dad."

The 30-year-old bride's sisters Khloe and Kourtney were maids of honour, and Kourtney's son Mason acted as ring bearer. Her mother, Kris Jenner, had earlier in the day helped Kim prepare for the wedding and also wore a white Vera Wang dress to the ceremony.

She also posted a tribute to her daughter on her website, which said: "Kimberly, I still remember you as a little girl playing dress up in my closet like it was yesterday! I can't believe the time has flown by so fast.

"You will always be my little princess angel, and you are going to make the most amazing wife. You are truly blessed. I love you with all my heart, Mommy xo (sic)."

Stars who attended the wedding included Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Demi Lovato, Ryan Seacrest and Mel B.

After the ceremony the party moved to a different tent on the grounds of the private estate and both the bride and groom changed into different outfits.

Singer Robin Thicke introduced the couple as "Mr. and Mrs. Humphries," before leading them into the first dance, with a rendition of his track 'Angels', which segued into Al Green's soul classic 'Let's' Stay Together'.

Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie, and the groom’s sister Kaela wore custom ivory Vera Wang, too. All of the girls matched in “strapless mermaid asymmetrically draped silk organza gowns”. (Kris Jenner also wore a strapless ivory gown, albeit with a big ol’ bow on the chest.) Hmmmm, bridesmaids in ivory have us seeing shades of Pippa. And speaking of the royal wedding, Kim wore a jeweled headpiece across her forehead. Unlike the royal wedding, however, guests adhered to a strict black and white dress code.

As far as the food was concerned, Gossip Cop reports Wolfgang Puck whipped up Santa Barbara heirloom tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella and basil, hand-formed agnolotti pasta with sweet corn mascarpone and summer truffles, and roasted chicken with Yukon gold potato puree, caramelized brussel sprouts, and summer truffles. We guess Kim and Kris Humphries are really into summer truffles. And in case you’re curious, the cake was a 6-foot chocolate-and-vanilla swirl creation, and Robin Thicke serenaded the couple for their first dance with his song “Angel”.

But don’t get all crazy with the honeymoon speculation, folks! Apparently the couple won’t be taking one until next year, after Kim finishes up her Kourtney & Kim Take New York filming duties. That said, a certain other couple Kim is trying to emulate also pulled the “we’re honeymooning later” card, and then jetted off soon after the nuptials.
